Story work  is the process of exploring, understanding, and transforming your own life story. It involves examining the narratives you tell about yourself, your experiences, and your identity to gain insight, heal from pain, and create meaning. Personal story work reflects on key moments, uncovering hidden patterns, and reframing old stories to move forward in a healthier and more empowered way. 

Many times, we live in "someone else's story" for our life. Health comes when we can redefine who we are according to God's original design, and not according to how others defines us.

A session typically lasts for 50 minutes, although session length may vary depending on your specific needs and preferences.
